Digitally enhanced sketches for the inspiration behind my design process. The first is the shell of a gasometer, which I think is a powerful structural symbol for Britain's industrial history. The second is a rough idea for the form of a nature reserve area which is intended as an environmental appreciation space. The third is a NTS section through my proposed design demonstrating the relationship between levels.
