Diss research- Cheltenham

 

I was considering Cheltenham for a dissertation case study (accessibility). There seems to be a pattern in UK urban areas of relatively reliable paving on the high streets, yet losing their benefits in the outskirts due to parking requirements. A considerably more accessible model needs to enforce cars having outlined spaces on the roads, rather than causing pavement blockages.
