Alney Zoning Proposed

My initial ideas for zoning on Alney island. I am hoping to create permanent wetlands around the perimeter so the inside of the site will be more protected from flood events. To improve on the circulation, there will be accessible paths throughout, which will likely be boardwalks (either on stilts or floating on aerated concrete). I think with this site it is key to be realistic about what structures can be situated there without issue, so I am looking at putting the conference/education facilities on the site of the existing electricity plant, as this is a building on stilts which has clearly been successfully situated for quite some time.
