Rewilding debate?
All I've seen on the news recently (in the gardening world at least) is that Alan Titchmarsh is now fully against rewilding as it is 'catastrophic' for biodiversity. This is mighty confusing since it makes so much practical sense- surely what's best for nature is to let it do what it wants to naturally? It's a tricky one, since we learn so much about the benefits of rewilding, yet I'm a big fan of the Titster himself.
I've yet to see any other big voices in landscaping agree with him, so I think for now it's best to assume he's just going through a phase.
